As a former recruiter who has been away from the industry for a while, Mel has come back to recruitment and joined profile in preparation for her midlife crisis 
.
To quote Mel, she is the lady that does admin sh!t (gross understatement – she’s amazing !! ). Although she is very much behind the scenes, she is the driving force behind our invoicing and compliance .
When not in the office, Mel is kept busy with her three children and when time permits, loves a good Netflix binge
